Producer

We’re looking for a producer to become part of the company: someone with a strong response to material, practical producing experience and the ability to build relationships around a film.

The work

• Develop projects with filmmakers, from early material towards a production-ready package.
• Shape financing plans and work on approaches to funders, co-producers and other partners.
• Prepare budgets, schedules and production plans, and help carry projects through delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with collaborators, festivals, sales agents and distributors.

What you bring

• Producing experience on independent films, with clear examples of your responsibilities.
• An understanding of development, film finance, budgeting and production.
• Good judgement with material, people and the practical demands of a production.
• An interest in working across genres and with international collaborators.
